Main tasks

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our values. The primary goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers in order to build lasting relationships with them.

• Maintain a "customer-first" attitude and ensure customer loyalty is established and maintained.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, promptly, and positively at the store level.
• Be a team player who contributes to the store's success.
• Perform POS (sales system transactions) and merchandising tasks, such as receiving shipments, restocking the sales floor, markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
• Be up-to-date on our latest products and services.
• Ensure the store is attractive and maintain company standards regarding product presentation, restocking, cleaning, store maintenance, and displays/mannequins.
• Adhere to all loss control policies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in the fashion retail market is preferred.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience and understanding of store operations concepts such as store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Ability to take initiative and use good judgment in all situations.
• Excellent retail presentation skills. Positive, optimistic, passionate, and friendly.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to promote an idea, decision, action, product, or service.
