Main tasks

Greet and serve guests professionally, ensuring excellent customer experience.

• Take food and drink orders, process payments, and handle POS accurately.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in compliance with liquor laws.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including front-of-house cleaning and restocking.
• Communicate effectively with French- and English-speaking customers and team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform other duties and follow additional instructions as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
