As a Front Desk Agent at Le Westin Tremblant, you play a crucial role in crafting unforgettable guest experiences. From managing reservations to assisting with every aspect of their stay, you'll be at the heart of our guests' journey, ensuring their time with us is exceptional. Your role is pivotal in creating memorable moments and delivering personalized service that enhances their well-being. Representing the first and last impression of our resort, you will be essential in making every guest's visit to Tremblant truly special. Join us and be part of a team dedicated to excellence and guest satisfaction.

This position is for the ski season at Tremblant, running from November 22 to April 23, with opportunities available for both full-time and part-time roles.

We are currently recruiting for positions available from November 2024.

  • We warmly welcome our guests
  • Be comfortable with multiple computer systems
  • Perform the arrival and departure of guests, and be able to answer their questions
  • Respond to guest requests before, during and after the stay
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction by coordinating with the housekeeping service, concierge, restaurant or spa as necessary.
  • support any other hotel department in the execution of our customer services goals

Skills and Qualifications

We seek individuals with excellent communication skills who can interact warmly and professionally with guests. Your prior customer service experience, especially in hospitality, will help you handle guest needs and resolve issues with ease. Attention to detail is crucial for managing reservations and guest information accurately. We value problem-solving abilities to address concerns swiftly and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment. A collaborative spirit is essential for working effectively with the team, and familiarity with technology will aid in smooth operations. If you bring professionalism and a positive attitude, you'll play a vital role in delivering memorable stays and ensuring our guests' satisfaction.
