Principal Task:

Provide exceptional service to guests at check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay, ensuring their experience is seamless and welcoming.

  • Agir comme ambassadeur de l’hôtel
  • Être ambivalent avec les différents systèmes informatiques
  • Effectuer l’arrivée et le départ des invités, et être en mesure de répondre à leurs questions
  • Répondre aux demandes des invités avant, durant et après le séjour
  • Gérer l'insatisfaction de la clientèle en coordonnant avec le service d'entretien ménagé, la conciergerie, la restaurant ou le spa au besoin.
