As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience—managing reservations, assisting with every aspect of their stay, and creating personalized moments that leave a lasting impression. Representing the first and last contact with our guests, your role is essential in ensuring their visit to Tremblant is truly exceptional.

We are currently recruiting for the Winter Season starting October/November 2025. Don’t miss your chance to combine work, learning, and the beauty of Tremblant in one incredible opportunity.

  • We warmly welcome our guests
  • Act as hotel ambassador
  • Be comfortable with multiple computer systems
  • Perform the arrival and departure of guests, and be able to answer their questions
  • Respond to guest requests before, during and after the stay
  • Manage customer dissatisfaction by coordinating with the housekeeping service, concierge, restaurant or spa as necessary.
  • support any other hotel department in the execution of our customer services goals
