Main tasks
The Bar Service is responsible for setting up the bar, completing all drink orders in an efficient and expedited manner, and thoroughly cleaning and closing bar after closing.
- Prepare all ingredients for service
- Prepare server orders
- Prepare alcoholic or non alcoholic beverages
- Replenish stock supplies for the bar
- Clean the bar section, take care of the presentation of the products
Skills and Qualifications
- Professional experience as Bar Service, an asset
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Strong interpersonal skills (friendly, energetic, professional, team player, ...)
- Knowledge of the characteristics of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Timeliness and ability to stay calm in a stressful work environment
