Main tasks

The line Cook is accountable for preparing and cooking food items in a consistent manner.

• Following the kitchen system, prepare dishes
• Present each dish in an attractive and tasty fashion
• Ensure that the food items are served in the quickest possible time and best quality
• Adhere to all food health safety, sanitation and quality principles
• Respecter tous les principes de sécurité, d'hygiène et de qualité des aliments

Skills and Qualifications

• Commitment to quality work and willingness to follow instructions
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and under demanding conditions
• Degree in culinary school and/or work experience as a cook, an asset
• Quick learning abilities and willingness to improve on the job, time management skills
• Interest in creating new dishes or innovative methods
• Bilingual (English/French)
